- We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, to arrange for an exchange or refund. No refund will be granted after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
- There are a 4% transaction fee and 3% restocking fee for the returned products. If you decide to return products for any reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible to return the products at your own expense.
- Opened products are Non-Refundable. All returned products should be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and include free gifts, original packaging material and other accessories. All items must be returned in “new” condition to qualify for a refund. If the returned package does not include the free gifts, the regular price of the gifts will be charged.
- Please call our customer service department for the “return number” and send it back with the products. One “return number” is valid for 15 days and for one invoice only. If you have several different invoices, you need several different return numbers.
- All invoices and return numbers should be included in the returned package.
- If any package is returned to us solely because of our error, we will be responsible for our shipping cost for the return and reshipment of the correct package.
- We recommend using insured mail and delivery services with tracking systems for the return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- If any package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because of any action, inaction or absence of the recipient, because you have ordered products that we are informed cannot be imported into the country of intended delivery, or for any other reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible for the bilateral shipping cost. If the bilateral shipping cost exceeds the cost of the products ordered, you will remain responsible for the payment.
- If you need to exchange your products, please kindly send back the unopened package. We will exchange for you and charge appropriate shipping cost.
- To cancel an order, please call us before PST 4 p.m. on the purchase day to avoid the cancellation fee (shipping cost + transaction fee). No cancellation via emails will be accepted.
- You need the “return number” before you get the refund. Please include the return number in the return package. Once your return has been received, we will process a refund on the credit card used for the transaction, or issue a refund check to you in 2-7 business days.
